Overview Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions, LLC provides property and casualty insurance solutions to a large portfolio of mortgage holders. Because of our special relationship with Lakeview Loan Servicing, we are able to strategically target our lead source of over 2.6 MM loans spread across 48 states. Our goal is to add value to the service our clients already receive. Bayview Asset Management backs both Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions and Lakeview Loan Servicing.
We seek licensed insurance professionals to solicit and sell new insurance products to customers of the Lakeview Loan Servicing portfolio. Agents will be responsible for writing only personal lines insurance products, such as home, auto, umbrella, and flood, through our carrier partners: Travelers, Safeco, Stillwater, Nationwide, and others. This position is fully remote, which requires reliable, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace, free of distractions.
The Insurance Sales Agent is a licensed, commission-driven professional responsible for converting qualified leads into bound policies. This role is performance-based and best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, remote sales environment. Successful agents are self-motivated, coachable, and able to consistently meet monthly production targets.
Responsibilities - Successfully complete 4 weeks of virtual training and pass the Practical Skills Application Assessment *.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential prospects utilizing a lead management system.
- Handle inbound sales calls through an ACD phone system.
- Actively cross-sell home and auto insurance products in every qualified interaction.
- Quote home and auto policies through a rating system.
- Successfully navigate carrier websites to finalize quotes and bind policies.
- Manage client interactions and follow-up within the designated software systems.

The Practical Skills Application Assessment (PSAA) is the culmination of all the training you will be receiving. It assesses your preparedness for live customers without supervisor assistance and is a pass-or-fail assessment. If you are unable to receive a passing score, your employment status will be evaluated by our HR partners, as is a requirement of the position.
Qualifications - High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance Sales experience.
- Call center experience is a plus, but is not required.
- 1+ year(s) of outbound call prospecting required.
- Strong communication, sales, and prospecting skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a structured, metric-driven environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in handling objections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with comparative raters is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Must be detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer service.
Compensation / advancement - Insurance Sales Agents receive a base salary of $21.42/hr plus uncapped commission, with earnings tied directly to individual production performance.
- Agents who consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets may qualify for enhanced compensation tiers.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration - Active Property & Casualty Insurance License issued by the Department of Insurance of the employee's resident state.
Location: This position is fully remote.
Physical Demands and Work Environment The job requires regular sitting and use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls, with frequent talking and listening in a moderately noisy environment. There will be occasional standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms, with rare instances of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds is a regular part of the role. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus are necessary. Additionally, the employee must connect to the internet via a direct Ethernet connection, maintain a dedicated workspace to safeguard customer information, and have an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps. If using shared internet, prioritizing the connection for work purposes is strongly recommended, with the preference for a dedicated connection solely for work-related tasks.
