ResponsibilitiesDevelop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
Recommend suitable insurance products such as auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the application process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive service and policy reviews.
Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
Ensure compliance with company and state insurance regulations.
RequirementsMust have an active Texas Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
