Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and process optimizations to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect and maintain molds, tooling, and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality during production and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Injection Molding Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving machine and process issues.
• Ability to perform mold changes and set up machines independently.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
