Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and process optimizations to ensure efficient production.
- Inspect and maintain molds, tooling, and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor product quality during production and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Injection Molding Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving machine and process issues.
- Ability to perform mold changes and set up machines independently.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
