🔧 Industrial Maintenance Technician - Full-Time | Weekly Pay

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and facility equipment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and ensuring equipment stays safe, efficient, and fully operational.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Replace, rebuild, and adjust machine components as needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and mechanical testing devices
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and system improvements
• Document maintenance tasks, parts used, and repair notes
• Follow all safety procedures , including lockout/tagout and company protocols

✅ Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial equipment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
