We're seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician with a focus on automation to join our growing team in Live Oak, FL. As a key member of our maintenance department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities• Perform PLC maintenance and troubleshooting on various systems within our facility
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Configure, install, and repair automation/control devices
• Create and interpret logic flow diagrams for program design and programming
• Provide technical support to improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain and repair electrical systems across the organization
• Work independently on special projects as directed by management
• Collaborate with outside contractors on assigned production lines
• Advise leadership on electrical/mechanical problems and propose solutions
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of relevant systems
• Degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial electrical systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably with Siemens systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and quality issues
• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with automation hardware and software
• Knowledge of motion control systems
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including night shifts
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
