Salary: Our salaries generally range from $ 45899.31 to $ 57374.14 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role

We are proud to offer our Indigenous Internship Program to Indigenous students and recent graduates (First Nations, Inuit, and Metis). Interns will be able to connect with a community of Indigenous employees and allies through our Indigenous Employee Circle.

We are hiring full-time Student Interns for a 4-month Summer internship from May to August 2025. Here are the following sectors that are hiring : 

• Corporate Services (Finance)
• Commercial Solutions (Underwriting)
• Housing Programs
• Business Transformation (IT)
• Housing Economics and Insights (Economic Research)
• Chief Risk Officer, and many more!

Members of the following employment equity deserving groups will be prioritized for this job:  Indigenous Peoples.

What you need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a post secondary program in the following disciplines: Public Administration, Social Science, Urban Planning, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or IT. 
• Self identifies as a member of an Indigenous Group.
• Experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience or volunteer activities.
• Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.
