Location: Boca, Delray, West Palm, Greenacres, Boynton, Lake Worth, Lantana, Royal Palm, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Loxahatchee, Wellington

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule) 

Work Setting: Hybrid (Remote & Field-Based)

WeEvolve, LLC is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in South Florida. We offer hybrid positions with active cases ready to start and well-trained RBTs already assigned—so you can focus on what matters most: providing quality care. Whether you’re looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time caseload, we let you decide when and where you work.

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support
• Monitor data and make clinical adjustments as needed
• Train and supervise RBTs
• Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical and clinical guidelines  

• BCBA Certification (Active, in good standing)
• 8-Hour BACB Supervision Training  
• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• Level 2 Background Clearance
• Bilingual in Spanish – a plus!
• Medicaid credentialing – a plus!
