📍 Location: Brick, NJ 08723
⏰ Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🗓️ Schedule: Every other weekend required | No holidays | No on-call
📅 Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

💰 Compensation: $2,000 – $2,400 weekly gross

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home care setting. In this role, you’ll be delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes while ensuring compliance with physician orders and healthcare standards. • Ensure all care complies with physician orders and reflects appropriate frequency and progression toward discharge goals

• Accurately assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care in line with clinical policy and standard practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough documentation

• Exercise clinical judgment and uphold nursing standards and ethics for safe, effective care

• Identify appropriate payors, stay within authorization guidelines, and maintain communication regarding coverage

• Communicate patient status and care plans during transitions or coverage changes

• Complete all documentation and assignments independently, accurately, and on time

• Meet productivity and visit requirements consistently

• Lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

• Acute care/hospital experience required

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to care holistically for patients and families in a home setting

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management

• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration

• Active RN License – New Jersey

• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
