Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Customer Facing IT for our Global Commercial and Corporate Functions. This role involves shaping healthcare technology strategies that support life-changing therapies, supporting all market brands, and aligning technology efforts with company goals. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of the life sciences commercial and corporate domains and will drive innovation, data capabilities, and process improvements to support business growth and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:
2. Partner with leadership to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives across various units.
3. Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance omnichannel capabilities and customer experience.
4. Standardize technology solutions to promote efficiency and growth.
5. Build platforms for understanding customer behavior and preferences.
6. Ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.

• IT Management:

1. Manage budgets with a P&L mindset, leading a team of IT professionals.
2. Support multi-channel operations with appropriate technology solutions.
3. Prioritize projects that deliver maximum value and align with business needs.

• Innovation & Growth:

1. Monitor industry trends and adopt emerging technologies, including AI.
2. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

1. Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
2. Communicate IT strategies and performance effectively to senior leadership.

• Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Commercial and Corporate IT or Business functions within biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
2. Minimum 10 years managing global, multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
3. Bachelor’s degree in related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies and strategic platforms like CRM, analytics, and AI tools.

Work Environment: The role requires frequent sitting, talking, and hearing, with occasional physical activity. Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
