We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our marketing efforts at Olfactory NYC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing brand with a proven track record. This role would report to the founder and CEO Responsibilities Own the brands overall growth and retention marketing strategies Lead ad budget allocation and monitoring Point person for agency relationships Collaborate with brand marketing to develop new marketing initiatives Collaborate with E-comm and In store teams to user journey online and in store: Innovation and experimentation Own creative testing across channels Own reporting across marketing Identify gaps in capability and work with leadership to fill Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience with agency, brand or both. Fluency in Ad managers and BI reporting (Excel, Looker, Motion preferred) Fluency in current social media channels Preferred familiarity with Shopify Health, vision and dental 70% employee discount on product We are flexible dedicated to providing additional benefits as required (commuter, parental etc.) Compensation We are committed to providing competitive compensation based on experience.
