Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and results-driven  General Manager 4to lead our Food & Nutrition Services operations at  UPH Allen  Hospital located in  Waterloo, IA . The General Manager will lead all food service operations with a focus on client relationship management, financial performance, and improving patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, promoting an inclusive culture, and leading successful business initiatives. 

 

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. What You Bring:

• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; and
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
