Job Description

A private charter school in North Austin is seeking dedicated educators for two full-time, full school year positions: Kindergarten Teacher and 1st Grade Teacher.

Location: North Austin, TX Contract Type: Full-time, full school year

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or a related subject
• Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance through the Texas Education Agency (TEA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an elementary educator
• Masters degree in Education or related subject

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instructional techniques to meet diverse needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and administration to support the academic and social development of students
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and state regulations
