Description Robert Half Legal has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Associate Litigation Attorney with a passion for legal drafting. This fully remote, long-term contract position offers a chance to expand your expertise while working for a dynamic legal team on critical litigation projects. Position Overview: As a Remote Associate Litigation Attorney, you will play an essential role in supporting litigation efforts by drafting pleadings, motions, and other vital documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and experienced in litigation practices. Responsibilities: + Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence tailored to various stages of litigation. + Conduct legal research to support drafting efforts for complex cases. + Collaborate with partners, in-house counsel, or other team members to finalize litigation documents. + Ensure all documents comply with court requirements, deadlines, and formatting standards. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. + Active California State Bar membership (in good standing). + Familiarity with eDiscovery processes and litigation tools is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
