Role - Full Stack Java Developer

location - Dallas Texas

Hybrid - 2 weeks onsite a month

Must Have - Java, Angular, AWS, Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Camel

The Skills You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Java application development using Spring Boot.
• 3+ Hands on experience using AWS Toolsets, including but not limited to SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, CFT, EMR, DynamoDB, RDS, Kinesis.
• 3+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle / PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Aerospike).
• 3+ years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5.
• 3+ years of experience working with Event Driven Architecture (Kafka, Flink).
• Strong knowledge in Java, Python, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Angular.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and documenting customer facing RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Deploying applications in DevOps environment.
• Solid Understanding of developing highly scalable distributed systems using Open-source technologies.
• Solid Understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy.
• Comfortable with Code Quality/Coverage tools (Sonar or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage and scaling will be desirable.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to think out of box and design end-to-end solutions.
• Passion and intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas!
• Deep experience supporting critical applications quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both through written and verbal channels.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization!
• Ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes.
• Self-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and mentor others every day.
