We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Driver with hands-on experience operating Cherry Pickers and Turret Trucks to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of inventory throughout the facility, particularly in narrow-aisle racking (VNA) environments. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry picker and turret-style forklifts to pick, pull/stage, and put away inventory.
• Navigate narrow aisles (VNAs) and high-bay racking with precision and care.
• Accurately pick and verify orders using handheld RF scanners.
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, including loading/unloading trailers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and other general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience required.
-Experience with cherry picker and turret truck forklifts required.
-Must be comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ feet).
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Must be a team player with good communication and time management skills.
-Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified upon hire.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience working with RF scanners and WMS systems.
-Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or e-commerce environment.
-Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices.
