Job Description

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Forklift Operator - 2nd shift to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Holland, MI

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily checklists for the lift you are operating to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Compliance with background checks including drug testing.
• Willingness to wear safety gear, including steel toe shoes and safety vests.
• Strong commitment to following safety rules and regulations.
• No prior forklift certification required, but must be willing to obtain if necessary.
