What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and warm outbound calls to seniors who’ve already requested information.

• Build trust quickly through empathy, active listening, and simple explanations.

• Educate clients on Final Expense coverage and find the best-fit solution.

• Close sales in a single call or through short-term follow-up.

• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with a supportive team of like-minded closers and mentors.
