Job Summary:

We providing high-quality, culturally competent care to a diverse population in the Merrimack Valley. We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive, continuing care in a variety of settings, including community health centers, schools, hospitals, and shelters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnosis and medical treatment for routine and emergency patient care.
• Oversee and deliver direct medical care, making referrals when needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient care audits.
• Maintain accurate medical records for assigned patients.
• Attend medical conferences and continuing education programs to stay current in the field.
• Teach and mentor medical residents, students, and healthcare practitioners.
• Serve on-call as assigned and participate in committees as needed.
• Represent the health center in the community and with external authorities.
• Travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Current Massachusetts medical license.
• Completed residency in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
