About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Search and Talent Sourcing Director to lead and expand their Asia Pacific executive search and talent sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing regional strategic priorities in line with the company's consulting and digital business goals. This role involves close collaboration with recruiting and business leaders to meet lateral and executive hiring needs. The Director will also define the regional executive search and talent sourcing channel strategy, design frameworks for country-level strategies, and manage a geographically dispersed team of Sourcing Leads. Applicants must have over 10 years of sourcing experience, with a focus on the consulting and digital sectors, and at least 5 years of team management experience. The role requires a proven track record in setting and delivering on regional sourcing strategies, a deep understanding of sourcing technology and market trends, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with other languages being desirable, and possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A passion for exploring and researching sourcing tools and trends, as well as creativity, resilience, and a strategic mindset in problem-solving, are also essential. The Director will be expected to build a high-performing, diverse sourcing capability across multiple countries, and to work with global and cross-functional teams to manage the performance of sourcing tools and channels. Collaboration with alumni teams and recruitment marketing to enhance sourcing strategies is a key aspect of the role. The candidate should be service-oriented, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a matrix organization. The role is pivotal in advising on innovative sourcing strategies and influencing the overall sourcing channel strategy based on external market intelligence and data from various sourcing channels.
