Job Description

TRANSFORM EDUCATION AS AN ELITE GUIDE DEVELOPER

At Alpha, we're not just changing education—we're revolutionizing it. We seek an exceptional leader who can transform passionate educators into world-class learning facilitators. If you've mastered the art of building high-performing teams and possess a genuine commitment to innovative youth development, your leadership will create unprecedented opportunities for our students.

This full-time, in-person role demands someone who can elevate our cutting-edge learning approach through strategic coaching and development. Anchored in learning science and powered by adaptive technology, our model breaks traditional educational boundaries—but requires your expertise to realize its full potential.

You'll be the architect behind our Guides' success—developing playbooks, implementing feedback systems, and modeling exceptional facilitation skills that inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will directly impact how students discover hidden talents and develop essential life skills in our revolutionary learning environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and implement world-class development programs that transform educators into exceptional Alpha Guides
  • Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, student engagement, and overcoming learning obstacles
  • Deliver precise, actionable feedback that measurably improves Guide performance and student achievement outcomes
  • Personally mentor a select student cohort, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that become the gold standard for your Guide team

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Developing traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence—maintaining our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable
  • Conducting passive training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, immersive, and results-driven

Executive Coach Key Responsibilities

Elevate a team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with uncompromising excellence, directly enabling transformative educational outcomes for students across your campus.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning development, coaching, or related field
  • Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis with demonstrated ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
  • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations (Texas: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth; Florida: Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach; Phoenix, AZ; or Santa Barbara, CA)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
