Who You Are: You’re the right-hand to our CEO and play a key role in helping the team operate like a smooth-running operation. What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience : Previous administrative support experience in a professional office environment
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable with office and CRM software (e.g., Wealthbox, Salesforce, Redtail, DocuSign, etc.) and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Communication Skills : You excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear, professional interactions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Attention to Detail : A knack for spotting the little things that make a big difference
  • Time Management : A true master of prioritization, always staying ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Role Highlights: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and driving the success of our business operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • CEO Support : Provide direct administrative support, including calendar management, email coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Podcast & Guest Coordination : Manage podcast schedules, guest interactions, and behind-the-scenes logistics
  • Office & Client Management : Maintain an organized office, and assist clients and internal teams with operational needs
  • Document Preparation : Draft and prepare documents with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency
  • CRM Management : Stay on top of tasks and client details using firm CRM
  • Client Relationship Management : Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring stellar service and building long-term relationships
  • Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with all the latest technology and tools used in the business
