**Job Title: EVE/Weekend Receptionist**

**Job Type:** Part-Time or Full Time
**Hours:** [M-W 11:30-8:00 pm. 1/2 hour lunch required Sat/Sun alternate 7am-1:30 pm. 1:30 pm-8:00pm_

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and professional EVE/Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our office during evening and weekend hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Manage Service Shuttle during open Service hours.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's services and operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support other administrative staff as needed with various projects.
- Assist in other related tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, phones).
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends .
