We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in operating an Excavator and skid steer.  Will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe sorting of debris from commercial roll-off dumpsters.  Paid Weekly, paid time off after 1 year. Must be able to work without supervision, maintaining safety. Immediate hire opportunity. Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excavator and able to load trailer and unload roll-off dumpsters.
• Ability to sort materials.
• Must be mindful of OSHA Safety Rules.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operating an excavator
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to safety practices and protocols on the job site.
• A valid driver's license is required.
