Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Experience Required

• More than two years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Prior experience with mechanical troubleshooting and precision measurement tools.

Skills & Certifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency in using feeler gauges and measurement tools for tolerances, torque, and clearances.
• Familiarity with cams, rod-ends, bushings, chain drives, conveyors, gearboxes, vacuum systems, pneumatic systems, and ball valves.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.
• Comfortable using microscopes and other measurement tools.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed.
