Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Calibration and Maintenance: Conduct routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and R&D equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
+ Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for Manufacturing, R&D, and other departments, leveraging a broad knowledge of equipment functionality.
+ Troubleshooting and Repairs: Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and repair equipment and fixtures. Address repair requests from equipment/fixture owners promptly.
+ Inspection and Compliance: Review outcomes (visual, dimensional, etc.) to ensure compliance with predetermined requirements. Perform basic calibration tasks, with training as needed.
+ Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all hygiene standards, safety protocols, company SOPs, cGMPs, WIs, and Quality policies to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. Uphold Quality Procedures and laws for applicable markets.
+ Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-departmental personnel. Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
+ Other Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
Qualifications
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
+ Work Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience with production equipment. Experience in Controlled Environment Rooms (Clean Rooms) preferred.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and familiarity with hazardous material emergency response procedures is desirable.
+ Industry Knowledge: Experience in regulated environments with enforced documentation compliance preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
