About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to operate embroidery equipment with minimal supervision and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment.

Experience with Tajima Multi-Head Embroidery Machines is a plus—but not required. We offer full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Tajima embroidery equipment for a variety of garments and apparel.
• Maintain machines in top working condition, including performing thread and hoop changes as needed.
• Follow job orders and specifications for quantity, thread color, stock type, and special instructions.
• Use computer software to track jobs and manage production workflow.
• Prepare finished garments for shipping, including folding and packing.
• Trim excess backing from embroidered items.
• Assist with other production duties and participate in cross-training as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in machine operation, textile production, or embroidery is preferred.
