Job Description

Our client, a marketing and advertising agency in LA, is looking for a Freelance HTML Email Developer. In this role, you will be a key player in creating high-impact digital marketing and CRM campaigns for a large telecom client. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for coding custom email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring high-quality and responsive email experiences. You must be able to show specific work samples of organized, high-quality HTML files for fully responsive and dynamic email templates.

Responsibilities:

• Create HTML/CSS email templates for promotional email campaigns
• Manipulate and edit existing HTML/CSS email templates and template modules
• QA emails across a variety of email clients and devices to ensure consistent appearance and functionality
• Ensure Figma designs are accurately replicated in code
• Utilize liquid logic to customize existing content blocks within email templates and create new content blocks to support a templatized, modular design system and corresponding code library

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in email development
• Experience optimizing email code across all devices and clients
• Experience working within an existing design system
• Experience coding complex email designs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
