Job Description

24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known furniture company based in Portland, OR to help them find an Email Developer to join their team in this hybrid role! This is a part-time, 2 month contract position with potential to extend working 20-25 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate : will have a Bachelor's in Graphic Arts (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience in retail email design or a similar lifestyle brand. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver), HTML, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) is required, along with a strong understanding of Figma workflows and asset delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Slice emails in Figma and make necessary edits after managerial approval.

• Collaborate with the DTC team to QA emails, ensuring all links direct correctly to the website.

• Use HTML to code emails in Dreamweaver.

• Manually update HTML files with the latest creative assets based on last-minute business changes.

• Maintain a basic knowledge of brand's products and campaigns to accurately link emails to the website.

• Understand the website’s navigation and sitemap for proper linking.

• Track, maintain, and organize the digital file system for all email assets.

• Update templates for all email programs, including batch & blast and triggered emails.

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish, including coding, QA, and design updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in retail email design or a similar lifestyle-oriented brand.

• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver).

• Thorough understanding of Figma workflows, file management, and asset delivery.

• Proficiency in HTML and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

• Strong initiative and project management skills.
