Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation Engineer to join a company in Denver, CO. This person will be responsible for technical matters and program support with the client's capture, launch, design, field investigation or startup of associated microgrids and electrical resiliency projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of electrical engineering specifically within battery, solar, transmission/distribution
• Engineering degree- Electrical discipline preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Background with microgrid/renewables

Responsibilities:

• Provide owner’s engineer type support for their current microgrid work.
• Review and answer technical RFI’s from their GC around battery and solar installations
• Review Proposals from EPC firms on future Microgrid work for technical competency
• Help develop process for growing their microgrid program
• Initiative to understand and learn their interconnection process to help steward the EPC firms

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
