eCommerce Coordinator (Music & Entertainment)

This is a 4-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Santa Monica, CA. Schedule - 9:00am-6:00pm M-Th in person and Friday remote. Potential for temp-to-hire. Summary
The Coordinator, eCommerce Campaign Management will support the direct-to-consumer (D2C) team in driving eCommerce initiatives across a roster of artists. This role ensures smooth execution of online store operations, product launches, and marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners and maintaining organized workflows.
Our Ideal Candidate

• 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce, entertainment, or music-related fields

• Passion for digital commerce with a strong foundation in operational excellence and campaign execution

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs, with strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and Photoshop (preferred but not required)

• Skilled in collaborating with store management, logistics, marketing, and production teams

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

• Proactive mindset with excellent follow-through and stakeholder updates

Job Description
In this role, you will coordinate eCommerce operations and campaign management to support product and program launches. You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including Store Management, Inventory, Logistics, Marketing, and Production-to ensure timely launches and seamless customer experiences. This includes compiling and tracking product information, managing inventory levels, coordinating with digital marketing for global promotions, and providing sales and reporting updates.

You will also perform QA checks on active web stores, submit requests for stakeholders and sweepstakes fulfillment, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and preparing presentations-contributing to the team's overall success and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Background in eCommerce, marketing, entertainment, or related fields

• Experience with Shopify, Monday.com, and Photoshop a plus

Additional Requirements

• This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires hybrid work: M-Th onsite, Friday remote

• The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $22-$24.50 per hour

• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
