Arctic Tails is a daycare specializing in providing consistent structured play throughout the day as well as activities M-F, including recall practice (practicing names with our friends), playtime (practicing sharing), and weekly enrichment (puzzleboards, lickpads, snufflemats, leash-walking etc).
All positions start at $15 with experience preferred but not required. New hires are given an introduction to dog training and perform job training while working (approximately 1-3 months). After training is complete and staff are independent then wage is increased to $16. We train folks ourselves and promote from within exclusively. All our current managers started out at $15 before becoming proficient with the dogs.
