• Location Morton Plant Hospital
• Status: Full time, salary
• Shift: Flexible schedule
• Occasional weekends
• On Call: no

The Diabetes Dietitian Educator has experience in diabetes self-management training.

• The position will implement clinical and education programs.
• Be responsible for quality improvement.
• Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers.
• The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
• team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian License (RD)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required.
• CDCES certification- preferred
