We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced staffing industry leader with a focus on people leadership and driving revenue and profitability growth through efficient branch operations and exceptional service delivery. Qualified candidates for the role of Marine Delivery & Client Relations Manager will possess previous experience leading high-performance teams within the staffing industry while delivering exceptional branch operations results. Strong consideration given to those with experience in the skilled trades (marine, construction, manufacturing) or other blue collar sectors. Candidates coming from other staffing industry environments will also be considered.

What you'll focus on daily...

• Developing and leading a high performing branch team (recruiting, administration, safety)
• Providing daily direction and setting goals holding team members accountable to performance
• Providing coaching, performance feedback, mentorship, and training through positive and inspiring methods
• Holding regular one on ones and team meetings to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Developing and executing strong recruitment strategies to support client hiring needs (job ads and postings, career fairs, social media marketing/recruiting, referrals, etc.)
• Continuously improve recruiting and fulfillment goals and KPI’s
• Meeting with client contacts regularly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-lasting partnerships.
• Manage field employee engagement and retention through the recruiting team.
• Partner with the sales team to drive new business growth.
