Description We are partnering with a law firm based in Los Angeles to find a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a contract position anticipated to last 2 - 4 weeks and starts as soon as Monday, April 28th. This role is ideal for someone who excels in working with data, maintaining accuracy, and completing tasks efficiently. The role offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: - Review confidential case documents and track pertinent information. - Extract information from reports and ensure accurate data entry within established timelines. - Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data as needed. - Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data manipulation and reporting. - Strong typing skills and familiarity with 10-key data entry techniques. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy. - Effective communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
