User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Analytics Lead

ASRC Federal is seeking experienced User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Analytics Lead supporting an Insider Threat Program (ITP) with the Department of Homeland Security. Insider Threat programs proactively identify, prevent and mitigate internal security risks. This exciting cybersecurity opportunity will allow you to put your skills and experience with analysis and leadership to identify insider threats to further the mission of the Insider Threat Program.

Work arrangement: Onsite (Mon - Fri at customer location) Clearance: Active Top Secret; SCI eligible. A DHS Polygraph will be administered

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team supporting the Insider Threat Program; provide direction to their daily activities
• Ensure the daily maintenance and operation of the UAM platform is documented and team members are trained/cross-trained to ensure coverage.
• Provide guidance on the scheduling of upgrades and deployment of the platform
• Recommend UAM configurations such as adding new feeds and addressing coverage gaps
• Ensure the necessary maintenance is conducted to ensure the reliability and availability of the platform

Requirements:

• Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI
• Demonstrated proficiency in vast array of User Activity Monitoring Products and Platforms.
• Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; technical and business focused, with the ability to document and describe security processes.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of prior work experience with UAM tools.
• Minimum 10+ years of IT work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Experience with EverFox High Speed Guard Platform
