As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated book of business, focusing on onboarding new clients, maintaining account health, conducting business reviews, driving renewals and expansions, and gathering testimonials. This role requires strong communication, customer empathy, problem-solving, and excellent relationship-building skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities -Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction -Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals -Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals -Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience Your compensation will be a base pay of $70,000 with an additional total compensation earning potential of $100k
