Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as remote Customer Service/Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in receiving supplemental benefits to protect their families beyond what their employer offers. Your primary responsibility will be to guide families through their options, helping them choose the best plans to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to individuals who have requested more information about our benefit options.
Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to review and explain available benefits.
Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans based on each client's current needs.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Conduct benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments for existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to members' needs with care and attention.
Address and resolve any client questions or concerns regarding their benefits.
Ensure that all client documentation is accurate and up to date, performing necessary updates on schedule.
