As a Customer Relations Representative, you play a key role in our daily operations and customer success. What You'll Do
Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Deliver Outstanding Service - Assist with inquiries about policies, coverage options, claims, and billing.
Drive Business Growth - Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.
Follow Up with Clients - Ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Sales or Customer Service (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing experience is a plus!)
Strong Communication Skills - You're a great listener and an even better problem solver.
