We are looking for a highly-skilled Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of cost accounting, compliance standards, and team development. Based in Benson, NC , this position offers the opportunity to manage critical financial processes in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial accounting operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with US regulatory standards and maintain accurate financial reporting processes.

• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership, supporting decision-making and organizational growth.

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or JD Edwards.

• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage document control processes, including scanning and compiling financial records.

• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

• Drive efficiency in financial workflows and adapt to evolving business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting and knowledge of compliance standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or JD Edwards, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
