Sunland Group, Inc. is seeking a Controls Specialist for immediate placement. This is an entry level position that is intended to be flexible to offer support in any of the following areas as our clients needs are ever evolving. This position is expected to be full time, onsite, in person at our client’s satellite office and any school sites, as necessary. This position reports to the Controls Manager and provide day to day support to any of the respective managers listed below.

• Document Controls
• • Support the Document Controls Manager with ongoing coordination of the technical design review.
  • • Create Bluebeam Sessions
    • Email correspondence with instructions for 3 rd party reviewers
    • Procore document auditing
    • Tracker maintenance and auditing
• Schedule Review
• • Support the Schedule Manager with ongoing coordination of the schedule review process.
  • • Create Bluebeam Sessions
    • Email correspondence with instructions for General Contractors
    • Consolidate project schedules into one program schedule
    • Tracker maintenance and auditing
• Estimate Review
• • Support the Quality Manager with ongoing coordination of the estimate and GMP review process.
  • • Create Bluebeam Sessions
    • Email correspondence with instructions for General Contractors
    • Tracker maintenance and auditing
• Budget Management
• • Support the Budget Manager with ongoing coordination of project and program budgets.
  • • Tracker maintenance and auditing
    • Procore and Frontline auditing
    • Invoice processing and tracking
    • Purchase order and contract tracking
• Economic Office of Opportunity
• • Support the Program Team in ongoing coordination with the Department of Economic Office of Opportunity.
  • • HUB Utilization Report tracking
• Bond Communications
• • Support the Program Team in ongoing coordination with the Department Implementation and Communications.
  • • Tracking of Campus Architectural Team Meetings, Community Meetings, and milestone ceremonies
• Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Coordination
• • Support the FFE Manager with ongoing coordination of project FFE design and implementation.
  • • FFE budget and schedule tracking maintenance
    • Onsite move coordination

Requirements :

• Aptitude toward data and organization
• Being part of a large team
• Flexible
• Maintain a positive attitude,
• Open to supporting a fast-paced environment

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field of study preferred.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu Standard
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
