About the Organization
Founded in 1972, the Chinese Progressive Association educates, organizes and empowers the low income and working class immigrant Chinese community in San Francisco to build collective power with other oppressed communities to demand better living and working conditions and justice for all people. This position is shared with our sister organization CPA Action Fund , a separate 501(c)4.
Position Overview
The Contracts Manager supports the administration of revenue-generating contracted programs and services carried out by the Chinese Progressive Association. The Contracts Manager ensures that CPA’s government contracts are negotiated, executed, administered, and reported on in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
The Contracts Manager leads processes and tasks around initiation and review, tracking and management, and financial reporting and invoicing for all such contracts.

May require travel between SF office and East Bay meeting locations, and occasional travel for retreats or convenings.
Compensation
This is an non-exempt position at 20 hours per week. The salary range is approximately $31 to $40 per hour depending on experience. We offer a competitive health benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, and a generous paid time off schedule.
