Job Description:

As a Full Stack Web Designer, you’ll be a creative and versatile professional responsible for handling all aspects of web development, from crafting engaging UX/UI and stunning visual designs to coding responsive front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and building robust back-end systems (server, database, API integration). You’ll design, develop, and deploy fully functional websites and applications that bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize website designs and user interfaces.
• Design and develop responsive web layouts that prioritize user experience, aesthetics, and performance.
• Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life using WordPress. Other platforms like Wix are occasionally required.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development.
• Provide back-end development to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all digital assets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and front-end development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Highly proficient in WordPress. Other platforms like Wix are occasionally required.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to work onsite is a plus.
