Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead and manage municipal construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality learning spaces for students and educators.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction for municipal and K–12 school projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
Lead site meetings and collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and school district representatives.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized job site.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong preference for K–12 or public sector projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
