  • Develop and deploy corrective actions that minimize downtime and improve system performance.
  • Monitor system performance indicators and produce regular reports to track improvements and identify trends.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and maintain Functional Requirements documentation that meets Government traceability standards.
  • Adhere strictly to Government policies, change control processes, and security regulations during all phases of software development and support.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed with high quality and within specified timelines.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work cross-functionally with IT support infrastructure teams to implement process improvements.
  • Engage with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine system functionalities.
  • Provided subject matter expertise on configuration management, data administration, and IT support best practices.
Required Competencies & Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex system processes and interfaces to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to coding, testing, and documenting changes to meet stringent Government standards.
  • Communication: Clear and concise technical writing skills to produce functional documentation and effective status reports.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience with software integration and lifecycle support, preferably within a Government or regulated environment.
