Lead the Brew-tiful Journey: Coffee Shop Store Manager

What You’ll Be Brewing Up

As our Coffee Shop Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our shop. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a smile, thanks to your team’s exceptional service.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized space.
- Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards for coffee preparation and presentation, ensuring every cup meets our legendary quality.
- Problem-Solving: Handle challenges with poise, whether it’s resolving customer concerns or addressing operational hiccups.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a coffee shop, café, or similar setting.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead a team, foster collaboration, and create a positive work environment.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationships with customers.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Coffee Knowledge: While not required, a love for coffee and an understanding of its nuances will go a long way!
