What You’ll Do:

• Program and operate CNC lathes using CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Set up fixtures, tooling, and adjust G/M code to maintain precision.
• Ensure part integrity using precision measurement tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes.
• Mentor and support continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation.
• Experience programming with G&M Code.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and troubleshoot machining issues.
• MasterCAM programming experience preferred.
• Mazatrol SmoothX Control experience preferred.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime on Fridays as needed, no weekends).
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Overtime on Fridays as needed, no weekends).
