What You’ll Do:
- Program and operate CNC lathes using CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Set up fixtures, tooling, and adjust G/M code to maintain precision.
- Ensure part integrity using precision measurement tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes.
- Mentor and support continuous improvement efforts.
What You Need:
- Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation.
- Experience programming with G&M Code.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances and troubleshoot machining issues.
- MasterCAM programming experience preferred.
- Mazatrol SmoothX Control experience preferred.

Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime on Fridays as needed, no weekends).
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Overtime on Fridays as needed, no weekends).
