We are seeking a Cloud & AI Architect with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and conversational AI. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions, including virtual assistants and generative AI applications, while ensuring integrations, performance optimization, and adherence to responsible AI principles. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical skills with AI architecture and prompt engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities AI Architecture & Cloud SolutionsDesign, architect, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions on GCP , including conversational AI agents and virtual assistants.
Utilize Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, CCAI, and other GCP AI services for AI solution development.
Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, and other cloud services.
Manage full AI lifecycle , including proof-of-concept, production deployment, performance monitoring, and maintenance.
Apply MLOps best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI deployments.
Craft and optimize prompts for generative AI / LLMs to deliver accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
Design natural, effective conversational flows for chat and voice AI agents, including intents, entities, and state handling.
Tune NLU models to optimize AI agent performance based on analytics and iterative refinement.
Ensure all AI-generated content adheres to responsible AI principles , including safety, fairness, and compliance.
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to define architecture and integration strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on cloud and AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies, recommending solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , especially Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and CCAI .
Programming proficiency in Python for integrations, automation, and data processing.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud data systems .
Experience building AI/ML architectures , generative AI solutions, and production-grade virtual assistants.
Deep knowledge of linguistics, NLU, and conversation design principles .
Proven experience in prompt engineering for LLMs and generative AI models.
Ability to design and refine multi-turn conversations with logical and engaging flows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI/ML technologies and cloud solutions.
