About the Job

Seeking a full-time, on-site Clinical Supervisor and California licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW therapist!

This is a great opportunity to join a great team providing supervisor and outpatient care at a group private practice located in San Diego County, for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in outpatient therapy services.

This full-time, hourly position (up to 40 hours/week) requires a minimum of two years of direct care clinical experience and offers a competitive benefits package including medical health benefits, paid time off, unlimited flex time and 401(k)! Option for part time as well 10-32 hours per week.

This is an onsite role with an option for some work from home hours.

The right fit for us is a therapist who wants a long-term home at a group practice to fully focus on clinical care. If you are a dedicated professional who values collaboration and teamwork, apply today!

Candidates must hold an active and in good standing California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) with the BBS, with the potential for long-term growth opportunities.

Become a valued team member at our clinic that champions diversity, teamwork, and continuous work. Why does our team love it here and stay long-term? There is no need to worry about anything other than great clinical care! Our team supports one another in being the best clinicians we can be.

Our outpatient group practice provides our team members with comprehensive outpatient counseling services such as referrals, intake assistance, billing, and marketing support.

We have a peer mentor program which supports all incoming therapists to the practice in providing great care and learning our systems and documentation requirements.

This is a dream role combining all the benefits of private practice: teaching and training associate therapists, high-functioning outpatient clients in beautiful offices with a supportive team and the ability to focus on patient care with minimal documentation.

Full time benefits include, but are not limited to: medical health benefits, 401(k), unlimited flex time, and PTO options.

Submit your application today to get connected with our team!
