Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the technical components of our business strategy to ensure alignment with our goals.
Identify and integrate innovative technologies that provide a competitive edge.
Collaborate with departments to leverage technology in a cost-effective manner.
Oversee system infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Establish robust quality assurance and data protection processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage IT budgets to evaluate technological performance.
Utilize feedback from stakeholders to inform improvements and adjustments to our technology.
Clearly communicate the technology strategy to partners and investors.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of technology trends and their strategic implications.
Familiarity with budgeting and business planning processes.
Ability to conduct thorough technological analyses and research.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in a start-up or fast-growing environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
