About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling a sophisticated finance function that will support the organization's aggressive growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improved operational and financial performance, supporting potential future strategic transactions, and building a high-performing finance team with strong financial controls and reporting. This hands-on role requires a leader with a proactive, results-driven approach, and the ability to mentor and develop staff. The CFO will also serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions, and ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate financial information to key stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a background that includes previous experience as a CFO or in senior finance leadership within a private equity-backed or growth-stage company. The role demands a professional with strong technical accounting and FP&A expertise, a proven track record in improving operational efficiency and financial processes, and experience in supporting M&A transactions and integration activities.
